Please join your colleagues all over the world in celebrating the sixth annual International Trombone Week which will be held from April 6-13, 2008. International Trombone Week (ITW) is an exciting way to promote the world's most fabulous instrument. To date, ITW events have occurred in over a dozen countries and have included performances by trombone soloists, trombone ensembles, brass quintets, community bands, high school bands, big bands, and more. The International Trombone Association invites you to join the fun and participate this year. For example, you could organize a local trombone-related event and submit it for inclusion on the official 2008 Event List. "International Trombone Week 2008" instrument case stickers will be available for ITW participants. Further information and support materials are available here: . Please visit today. (While you're there, why not submit your trombone event to be listed on the event calendar?) Thank you. Can someone help me with trying to figure out the year my horn was made? I looked it up on the Conn site, but it doesn't make sense to me. I also talked to a guy at a nice size music store in ATL who said that it was made in 2000..hmmmm, I bought it I in '98. Here is the info: Conn 88H LT OW Bell assembly #: 5 632xxx Valve assembly #: 447 Slide #: F 3006 Thanks, Heather ------------------------------ _______________________________________________ Trombone-l mailing list Trombone-l@samford.edu http://maillists.samford.edu/mailman/listinfo/trombone-l End of Trombone-l Digest, Vol 37, Issue 27 ******************************************
