I have a rare handbuilt minick 62H (made Conn parts) for sale now on Ebay. Plays like no other horn. The reserve is a bit high, but what I could sell it for here in town. The horn can be overhauled for a few bills more - I have a special deal with Kanstul available for those of you that like shiny horns, although it may play better as it is without lacquer. Find it by searching for 62H on Ebay, or look for item 7306014352, or here's the huge link: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=64377&item=7306014352&rd=1&ssPageName=WDVW You can ask me questions by clicking on the Ebay links. thanks, Rick Acosta From: Date: Wed, 09 Mar 2005 13:54:03 -0800 Cc: Subject: Re: [Trombone-l] Re: Brass instruments in Tchaikowsky's time AHA!!!!... you can't steal what I don't have!!!! Often a Bass Trombone "solo" from an original orchestration, has been given to all of the Trombones, plus Baritone Horns/Euphonia, Tubas, Baritone Sax, ContraBass Clarinets, Bassoons (and doubling, even tripling sometimes, of the original octave)?
