Hi everyone, I am having trouble locating Vaclav Nelhybel's Trio for Brass (the one for trumpet, horn, and trombone). Does anyone know if it is out of print? I've checked the Hickey's website and few others and no one seems to have it listed, but I know the piece exists because I've played it before. If you know of a library or another publisher who has it please contact me. I am planning on performing this piece on a recital very soon. Thank you. I saw what WW II did to (and for) the "greatest generation"...my dad was a tanker in Italy...and survived it. He told me that they were in northern Italy near Austria when the war ended. The Americans were outnumbered by three to one. The Germans hadn't been disarmed. Dad said that they spent the first night feeding German soldiers, who were starving to death. Events like that are what make them the greatest generation. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Adrian Drover" To: "Cliff Crawford" ; ; "List Trombone" Sent: Monday, February 14, 2005 8:25 AM Subject: Re: [Trombone-l] Re: [TROMBONE-L:3871] Taps > > From: "Cliff Crawford" > > > >I offered to play for the local VFW honor guard in my area....they > >discussed > > it and decided that they didn't need me because I wasn't a veteran.
