Four of a Kind recorded this tune on their first CD. I know the arrangement is commercially available, because a friend of mine has it in her quartet book. That particular arrangement is not very easy, especially the bass bone part. Jeff Albert www.jeffalbert.com -----Original Message----- From: Trombones and related issues forum. I personally never cared for the sound of a brass quintet minus tuba. For me, the bass trombone just doesn't lay down enough bottom. But I grew up with the "standard" quintet instrumentation. I still love that sound, and it blends just fine to my aging ears. Just another opinion...
